CreditForCaring has a return policy to ensure customer satisfaction and handle returns in a fair manner. Before opening your order, carefully check the packaging for any signs of damage or errors. Unfortunately, CreditForCaring cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products due to health restrictions and laws.

If you need to return a product due to shipping errors, product defects, or recalls, CreditForCaring will initiate the return process and provide full credit if the product is returned within thirty (30) days. However, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases. For returns that are due to ordering errors or other reasons clearly the responsibility of the consumer, CreditForCaring will issue credit minus freight charges and applicable restocking fees, provided the return is processed within thirty (30) days and the package remains unopened. Again, the consumer or patient will need to cover the shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. It’s important to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth return process and to receive proper credit for returned items.
