RETURN POLICY

The CUSTOMER must complete the RETURN form found on Credit for Caring  to begin the refund process.  Credit for Caring  representatives shall initiate all appropriate paperwork on all returned items regardless of the reason for the product return once the return form has been sent to Credit for Caring . Credit for Caring  will provide credit for any product returned due to shipping errors, product defects and product recalls.

Please allow up to ten business days for an email notification that a return has been approved.  Returns due to errors that are clearly the responsibility of Credit for Caring  will issue credit.  Credit for Caring  will issue call tags and Credit for Caring  incurs the return shipping cost

For any returns due to ordering errors or other reasons that are clearly the responsibilities of CUSTOMER. Credit for Caring  will issue credit provided that the product is returned

  1. Within thirty (30) days
  2. The package(s) must be unopened
  3. CUSTOMER incurs the return shipping costs
  4. CUSTOMER pays restocking fees

0 – 30 Days 5% + Freight

31 – 60 Days 10% + Freight

61 – 90 Days

Greater than 90 days 20% + Freight
